When you arrive, you'll be welcomed into a peaceful, space designed to ease you into stillness. The evening begins with a short grounding session, followed by guided meditation, reflection and conversation mindful movement or gentle to release tension and quiet the mind.

Each evening session runs from 7:00pm to 9:30pm and is priced at just €25 per person, held at Peaceful Pathways in Tuam, Co. Galway. You'll enjoy a calming blend of mindfulness practices, gentle movement, and time for self-reflection—all in a nurturing, supportive space.
