Your session begins in a quiet, welcoming space where your therapist takes time to understand your needs. You’ll start with a relaxing holistic massage to ease muscular tension, ground the body, and prepare your system for deeper energetic work.

Once you’re fully at ease, the energy healing begins—either Reiki or Bio-Energy, depending on your choice. With light touch or hands hovering gently above the body, the practitioner channels healing energy, clears blockages, and restores balance throughout your energetic field.

Throughout the session, you’re invited to fully surrender, allowing your body and mind to soften, release, and return to a natural state of calm, alignment, and inner clarity.

Your two and a half hours session is held at Peaceful Pathways in Tuam, Co. Galway and costs €75.
It includes one hour of deeply relaxing holistic massage, followed by one hour of your choice: Reiki or Bio-Energy Healing.
